Residents of the City of Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Town of Scottsville and the University of Virginia were invited to complete online public opinion surveys associated with the strategic plan. The first survey was available through November 30 and focused on opinions about the RSWA's facilities at McIntire Road and at the Ivy Material Utilization Center as well as an opportunity to suggest ideas for other trash and recycling services.
