RWSA meetings will start following the RSWA Board Meetings but not earlier than 2:15 p.m. Pending completion of major construction activity at the site of the RWSA Administration offices, the RWSA meetings will be held in the lower level Board Room, Conference Room, Albemarle County Service Authority Administrative Offices, 168 Spotnap Road, Charlottesville, VA.
