At the October 2009 Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (RWSA) Board meeting, approval was granted for RWSA to enter into a contract with HDR Engineering, Inc. (HDR) in the amount of $343,777. The scope of work included three phases of work as follows:

PHASE III: Dredging Feasibility Summary Report
Summary Report
The final report was presented at a public meeting on June 30, 2010.
