REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: RFP# 22-06
TERM CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING and Architectural SERVICES for Engineering and Administration building project
The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority is seeking proposals for professional engineering and architectural services associated with the design and construction of a renovation and addition to the Rivanna Authorities’ Administration Building. The new building will provide offices for administrative, engineering, and information technology staff and will also contain lab facilities and the Rivanna Authorities’ Board room.
Proposals will be received by Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority until 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 9, 2022. Proposals may be either mailed, hand delivered, or express mailed to: 695 Moores Creek Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22902-9016, Attention: Mr. Lonzy E. Wood.
