The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority and the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (Authority) is soliciting proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for construction visual documentation services. The successful contract recipient(s) will produce comprehensive photographic, video, and web camera documentation of construction projects, as directed by the Authority, and provide the documentation via web-based software. Services may also include panoramic photographic documentation or contractor-piloted UAV photographic and video documentation.
Proposals will be received by the Authority until 4:00 p.m., February 4, 2020. Proposals may be shipped, mailed, or hand delivered to: 695 Moores Creek Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22902-9016, Attention: Mr. Lonzy E. Wood.
