The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority (RWSA) and the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (RSWA) are hereby soliciting sealed proposals for the purpose of selecting a qualified firm or firms to provide on-call dam maintenance services on RWSA- and RSWA-owned and operated dams and related ancillary structures. RWSA and RSWA may select one or more firms to provide these services in order to account for differing project sizes and firm availability. The initial contract will be for a two (2) year term that may be renewed annually for a total term not to exceed five (5) years.
Proposals will be received by the Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority and Rivanna Solid Waste Authority until 4:00 p.m., August 22, 2019. Proposals may be either mailed, hand delivered, or express mailed to: 695 Moores Creek Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22902-9016.
