The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority and the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (Authority) is soliciting proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for services related to employee health/benefits program support and management. Interested firms should have experience with local government and/or local government operated utility clients in Virginia. Consulting services are to include but not limited to review and development of benefit plans, compliance guidance, and assist with health/benefit vendor negotiations.
Proposals will be received by the Authority until 4:00 p.m., July 24, 2019. Proposals may be shipped, mailed, or hand delivered to: 695 Moores Creek Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22902-9016, Attention: Mr. Lonzy E. Wood.
