The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority is soliciting proposals to establish a Professional Services Agreement to create a Master Plan for properties owned by the Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (RWSA) at Buck Mountain, near Free Union, VA. Development of the Buck Mountain Master Plan will consider past and current uses of the property, identify alternatives, and provide recommendations for strategic use of the property into the future.
Proposals will be received by the Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority until 4:00 p.m., August 14, 2019. Proposals may be either mailed, hand delivered, or express mailed to: 695 Moores Creek Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22902-9016.
