REQUEST FOR QUOTE NO. 1081
To all Quoters:
Contractors submitting Quotes for the above-named project shall take note of the following changes, additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. in the Quote Documents which shall become a part of the Quote Documents and shall be taken into consideration on the Quote Form. Contractor shall acknowledge the receipt of this Addendum under Article 2.01A of the Quote Form (Attachment B).
- NOTE THAT THE QUOTE DUE DATE HAS CHANGED. All previous references to the quote due date shall be replaced with the following:
“All quotes are due by 4:00 PM local prevailing time on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. Quotes received after this deadline will not be considered. Quotes shall be mailed, delivered, or e-mailed.”
- MODIFY Article 4.02B of the Quote Form (Attachment B) to read as the following:
“If you intend to sublet any portion of the work, state the name and address of each Subcontractor, work activities to be performed by the Subcontractor, equipment to be used by the Subcontractor, and whether you expect to require a performance bond.”
Original RFQ:
The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (“the Authority”) is seeking quotes for Utility Easement Clearing in order to facilitate access, maintenance, and repair of utility lines. This work includes the clearing of standing trees, fallen trees, overhanging tree limbs, saplings, and heavy brush from approximately 11,515 LF of Authority-owned utility easements. Mowing of selected Utility Easement Areas is also included in the work.
Quoters are strongly recommended to physically inspect the specified Utility Easement Areas prior to providing a quote. RWSA personnel is available to facilitate and/or assist with site visits as needed.
All quotes are due by 4:00 PM local prevailing time on January 17, 2019. Quotes received after this deadline will not be considered. Quotes shall be mailed, delivered, or e-mailed. All quotes shall be submitted to:
