The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the supply of glycerin based supplemental carbon for use at the Moores Creek Advanced Water Resource Recovery Facility located in Charlottesville, VA. Sealed bids will be received at 695 Moores Creek Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22902 until 4:00 p.m. EST Thursday, July 15, 2021 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
