Rt. 29 N Lane Closure Due to Water Line Break

Charlottesville, VA – May 29, 2020

The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority is repairing a water line break on Route 29 North near Hilton Heights Road. Northbound traffic is limited to one lane in this area. Crews are currently on-site completing the repair. Local police are assisting with traffic diversion.

Please use caution while traveling in this area, or use an alternate route if possible. Traffic lanes are expected to be reopened by noon on Saturday.
