Sealed Bids will be received by the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority, hereinafter called the OWNER, in the Administration Building at the Moores Creek Advanced Water Resource Recovery Facility, 695 Moores Creek Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22902 until 4:00 p.m., local prevailing time on May 16, 2019 and then at said office be publicly opened and read aloud for the MCINTIRE RECYCLING CENTER TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL OF COMPOSTABLE FOOD WASTES project.
